What is Live Wedding Painting?

Live wedding painting is a unique form of entertainment that allows your guests to watch a meaningful moment from your wedding day come to life on canvas. As your celebration unfolds, I paint your chosen scene in real time, whether it's your first kiss, first dance, or another special memory, creating a one-of-a-kind keepsake you'll cherish forever.

What should I expect?

Depending on the service tier you choose, I will arrive at your venue up to 2 hours before the event to set up my easel, paints, recording equipment, and display stand. Once on site, I'll take reference photos of your selected scene and begin painting.

Throughout the celebration, guests can enjoy watching the artwork come to life. Before the end of the evening, the painting will be ready for a special reveal. After the wedding, I'll bring it back to my studio for final touch-ups and refinements before delivering your finished piece.

What makes you different?

While many live wedding painters work exclusively with acrylics or traditional oils, I specialize in a unique combination of oil paints and oil pastels. This mixed-medium approach allows me to create artwork with greater texture, depth, and movement, giving each piece a more romantic and expressive feel.

The result is a one-of-a-kind heirloom with a distinctive, textured finish that stands out from more traditional live wedding paintings.

What is your cancelation policy?

I understand that wedding plans can sometimes change. If you need to cancel your booking, written notice is required as soon as possible. The initial retainer is non-refundable, as it reserves your wedding date and covers planning, preparation, and administrative time. Any payments made beyond the retainer may be refunded based on the amount of work completed and the timing of the cancellation. If your wedding date changes, I will make every effort to accommodate a reschedule, subject to availability. In the unlikely event that I am unable to fulfill the agreement due to unforeseen circumstances, all payments received will be refunded in full.

How do I get started?

To get started, open the Wedding Painting tab and follow the steps to request a quote. During this process, you'll customize your perfect painting and receive an estimated price for services.

After you submit your request, I’ll personally reach out to discuss your vision, wedding details, and any special touches you'd like included. From there, we’ll finalize the details and get your wedding painting officially booked!

Do you offer payment plans?

After your quote request is submitted, you'll receive a service agreement outlining all project details, expectations, and deliverables for your wedding painting. To make booking simple and stress-free, I offer flexible payment plan options, including installment payments leading up to your wedding day. A signed contract and initial retainer are required to secure your date, with the remaining balance paid according to the schedule that works best for you.
